We rented slide combo bouncy house from Inflatable Fun for a corporate event after getting higher quotes from other companies. While the price was right, what really sold me was that Ashley called me after my request for a quote, and answered questions I hadn't even thought of asking. He was incredibly helpful, and even threw in a toddler bouncy house for free, since it was a corporate event. The process was so easy and worry free that I would definitely suggest Inflatable Fun to anyone planning an event.
Very accommodating and was on-time. Due to high winds we needed the owner to return and take down the castle for the day. He was more than happy to help us out and return at a later date. Great customer service!
Inflatable fun was a bad experience for my daughters party. First time here and last time here as not all the equipment that's listed is actually on site.The owner is very unprofessional and rude to deal with. The cafe is over priced and the facility is not the clean. The sticking suits weren't sticking to the wall as the suits we're worn out. Won't be back here in a hurry.
