Wings were pretty good, thanks for the extra ranch sauce️ (frank hot, medium spicy) I got prawn curry with garlic nan bread, big portion and tastes really good! (Leftover for lunch next day) Reason why I put 4/5 is that the salad I ordered was collection of cut vegetables I was expecting a salad with green and some vegetable I should have asked them before ordering it!(I just used Google Map app and they forwarded me to their own ordering system) People are very nice there. Maybe for another quick bite or being in pinch, I’ll visit again

I would rate my experience half a star today, however due to the inability to rate half a star, I am giving this review a 1 star. I am a regular customer that frequents Indian Chef with my family quite often. However, I have today's experience was my last straw and has completely turned me off from ordering there again. For starters, I would like to state that this is now the 3rd time where I've had to wait over 55 minutes for an order that was quoted to be ready in 30 minutes. My husband and I called Indian Chef for a pick up order upon which we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. As we waited for our order we figured it would be best to grab our groceries as the order was yet to be ready. 30 minutes later and our groceries left in our vehicle, our order still wasn't ready. We were told it would be an addition 5-7 minutes so we went back out to our vehicle to wait. 7 minutes later, our order STILL wasn't ready. We watched over 10 people that came in after us, order their meal and left promptly soon after. My husband and I not only had our groceries spoil in the vehicle but we waited 55 minutes for 4 appetizers & 2 naans. When I expressed my concern as to how disappointed I was, the girl at the front just apologized and proceeded to process our payment, not once were we offered any compensation for our time that we lost. Now I am not one to ask for discounts or compensation for wasted time but I am extremely disappointed with how our order was handled. I will not be returning to Indian Chef again as I believe that if you quote someone time of 30 minutes and continue to process additional customers after the customer has expressed concerns, that is unacceptable customer service. If you have over an 50 minutes to waste, this is the ideal place to order food from.

Their food is kind of hit and miss depending on the day. I ordered Chole Bhature and Mughlayi Chicken from them last night. The Bhature (bread) were so thick.. which was very unusual. But I was more disappointed with Mughlayi chicken as it has the red marinated chicken in it. Usually, Mughlayi chicken has its own chicken and it’s white, but they used same old tandoori chicken in the dish which was disappointing. Now I have mixed flavours of Mughlayi from the gravy and tandoori from the chicken.

This is a nice little restaurant which is very near to my house . I would love to rate them 5 but the taste has not been consistent and Iam disappointed. Ordered a chicken curry (came with naan which was nice ) but very less salt and over was taste was not good as it was the first time I had the same curry 2 months ago.Also there where a couple of other curries I ordered which I was not overly happy with taste either .
