Beautiful cakes, pastries, etc. And you can get tons of baked goods for like 10. Nice seating.

Stopped by to check out the cake. Newly opened 1 week ago. The shop is small but very nice. Offers seating for about 20 people. Ordered the Chocolate Mousse, Key-lime Cheesecake and Carrot Cake in total we paid 15 for 3 people. The baked goods were excellent and the carrot cake slice was huge. They also serve coffee from Transcend Coffeehouse and are adding bread to the menu very soon. In in all, very impressed!

The worst possible bakery in the city. They completely ruined the cake I was getting made for my brothers surprise 30th. Fondant had a huge air bubble right in the center, the "gold" lustre dust they used to paint the fondant work was not even close to the colour of gold I wanted. The way they painted the fondant work looked like a child painted it, the gold basketball was extremely small and horribly done. The black lines they put on were all smeared.

I was extremely disappointed in this experience. The cashier set the tone for an unpleasant visit without so much as a smile or hello. She seemed to want to be anywhere but where she was. I had a 20 Groupon to use, and spent an additional 5 for 1/2 dozen cupcakes & 2 slices of cake. We brought them home and they were dry, stale and no better than a box of Betty Crocker cake mix & the store bought icing. I've left unimpressed & more than willing to advise AGAINST trying this bakery. Also, the fact that they don't allow people to rate or post an individual post aside from commenting on pictures speaks volumes to me. Can't handle the heat? Get out of kitchen!

We went late in the day on Sunday and found the cakes kind of dry, but I think that had more to do with our timing. The place is very nice, and I love the location, but i didn't find the staff very friendly which was disappointing. They also have to haul their garbage from the back through the store and we had to move out of the way of garbage bags and bins being hauled out. The hunt continues for a good bakery for us, but if you're in the area I would at least give yeg bakers a try, but not near the end of the day try to get there early.

I had put a review on Facebook for this company detailing my experience but they have since blocked me and a few people who commented as well as deleted the review and its comments from other users. Not only this but when they did reach out to me on Facebook they told me they didn't know what I was talking about and had never done business with me. If that doesn't tell you how they handle customer service and negativity then you know give them a shot. My mom had preordered and prepayed a cake a week before the party date, and as I was driving to pick it I received a call but didn't check it until I arrived the voicemail told me the cake would not be ready for the pick up time (2 pm and it was 1:55pm when they called) but I could get it at 4pm. I was already there and I needed the cake for 3, so I went in. I waited an hour in this shop for the cake being told it was a miscommunication, and then that there baker wasn't in that day, and then that they were sick. When I was finally given the cake it was nothing like what I had expected. Even the toy topper they had given me was vastly different, think going from a large one with a moving parts to a stationary toy you get from a Walmart vending machine. I didn't know what it was supposed to look like from their view book or what it had cost ( 80) until I arrived home, where my mother and sister were devastated and embarrassed to have it as the cake for our party. We had to buy another one to serve, didn't want to chance the taste when it had already gone so downhill.

Went with a friend got the double chocolate cake and turtle cake, both of us took maybe a couple bites and thought it was the worst cake. The icing is decent but the cake tasted stale, and extremely dry. The staff were very unhelpful and impolite. (PUT DOWN YOUR PERSON CELLPHONE WHEN YOU WORK AT A COUNTER!- especially when guests are there!!). Staff Didn't know anything about the teas they served (type or if caffeinated), don't check to see how things are going if you stay in. Need to work on their customer service and quality for price.

Went in to buy a piece of strawberry cake. The cake tasted good, but the cake itself was very dry. Maybe it wouldn't be so dry if they weren't cut into slices already. The icing was fantastic! The girl behind the counter seemed tired and unfriendly. Very unhappy.
