I ordered a new 5lb sausage stuffer to replace my old stuffer that I stripped the plastic gears on, halfway through a batch of Donair sausages. Did a little web surfing and found the High Caliber site. They had an updated, steel geared version of my old stuffer on sale for a great price, as well as a free shipping offer! Ended up ordering a set of stainless stuffing tubes and some cure with the money saved. To top it all off, my order arrived earlier than expected, AND the folks at High Caliber tossed in a hand signed Christmas card to me, thanking me for my order. This place is incredible! They ONLY stock supplies, no meats, but the staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable! I came In for sausage casings and the woman was able to tell me exactly what I wanted/needed to make it happen. They even come with in store instructions to help make everything more clear; I’ll absolutely be back!!
As always the service from High Caliber was great. Shipping is always fast with no hic-ups. Their spice produces and pre mixes always taste the best.

Absolutely outstanding place, equipment wise product wise, staff are very knowledgable. went for a sausage making course the instructor was very very good answered everyone's questions was very helpful in class and outside of class absolutely fantastic place. Highly recommend stopping in checking it out for equipment or if you just want a nice refresher in food preparation and sausage making, butchering, or any other questions you might have. Edmonton location.
