Very kind, respectful, and compassionate service. I appreciated the simple process in a time of grief. The urn and ashes were returned to us very quickly. It was packaged thoughtfully and beautifully. It was a much gentler experience than I was expecting and that was a huge relief. I know my sweet boy was in good hands.

I lost my best friend Larry, at the end of January, and I was heartbroken. I had planned on burying him in the yard, so I placed his body in the freezer. This did not seem to be acceptable to me so I looked for an alternative and found Guardian Pet Services. I saw 24hr text messages and I reached out; within minutes Tracey returned and provided all the necessary information I requested, on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to bring Larry in that afternoon at 4:30pm, to have him cremated that evening. Tracey was considerate, compassionate and put my mind at ease; she addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend Guardian to anyone experiencing the loss of a loved pet, they provided much needed closure. I now have a memorial of Larry that I will have forever. Also, I was able to pick up the remains the next day! Thanks so much Tracey, I could not have asked for a better experience!!!
I had to say goodbye to my little man last July. I had a week off so I planned to give him a good last week and then say my farewell at the end. I contacted Guardian Pet Cremation via their website and my questions were answered quickly and professionally by Tracey. I was able to book a time for the little guy to bring him by after his appointment. They had also offered to pick him up to make things easier. At Guardian, I was able to put him in a room where I could say my goodbyes. Tracey let me send him off with his blanket, a little shirt, chicken nuggets (important!) and a couple of toys. It was a rough week and I was thankful to be able to send him off so nicely and so lovingly
After putting our 13 year old dog down using a vet referred to us by Tracey which we were truly grateful for, we contacted Tracey very late that evening just as they were closing. Tracey went ABOVE and BEYOND staying late into the evening, after hours to put our pup to rest. She was incredibly accommodating, understanding, kind and compassionate. I am grateful for Guardian’s services and ownership. We will recommend them 10 fold to all our pet owning friends in the future. Many thanks .
My Boy Gus was truly an Icon. He had the biggest heart, was so gentle and was immediately loved by all who met him. He passed at home suddenly and unexpectedly & though I am heartbroken that he is gone, I am comforted with the thought that he must have been needed elsewhere. My boy sure left a big mark in all our lives and we are forever changed. Tracey and her husband were absolutely great with helping me take care of Gus, even while I was struggling to stay composed. Their patience and comforting efforts were greatly appreciated. My overall experience with their company and services provided, was 5 star all the way. I also really appreciated how fast Tracey responded to my call. Though this is a time none of us wish for of course, it is good to know there are genuinely caring people at Guardian, there to help us out at the worst of times.
