This company would fire handfuls of workers rather than deal with the problems that plague this company like a disease. I do not recommend working in the dispatch office. I can't speak for the guard position as I didn't work it. I don't even need to go into detail. Just read the other 1* reviews and it'll paint a perfect picture for you. There's a reason the 5* reviews don't have any upvotes. Don't waste your time applying here. Good job but absolutely atrocious management. And the dispatch team \leader\ is a complete joke.

Not really sure what passes for communication with these guys. I kept getting harassed with phone calls, four calls in three days, asking for some guy. I explained to two different people that they had the wrong number, and kindly asked them to stop calling me. Lo and behold, the next day they called me again. I ended up blocking the number. Clearly someone failed to remove my phone number even after asking. [ Edit ] I have screenshots to prove I have been called four times in three days. I have never had any association with this company, and there is no reason I should be getting called. Explaining the situation to the first person I talked to, she told me she would remove my number from the files. Not twenty-four hours later, I get another call. So really, this is nowhere near incorrect.
poor customer service at edmonton gps security office. i talk to lady ANITA at edmonton gps office. she don't know how to talk to customers. she need lots of customer service skills. i have read so many bad reviews about her . but nobody taking actions to correct it. if you guys have not heard my voice , i ll go to more higher authorities.
