My husband and I were so pleased to find Gorilla Property Services. We had been searching all summer for a provider that could clean accumulated moss off our cedar shakes roof. Most roofing and property maintenance companies do not offer this service. After calling their central switchboard and giving my information, I heard back from Mike at their Edmonton franchise within a couple of hours. I described the situation with moss on our roof and texted him some photos. He e-mailed me back a very reasonable quote almost immediately. The next day, we e-mailed to say we would like to proceed with the work. Mike booked us in by the end of the week. Mike and his crew showed up on time. They did a very conscientious job in removing the moss from our cedar shakes, as it had to be scraped off by hand and not just pressure washed. We were very happy with the results. Our roof looks fantastic. The crew also did a good job cleaning up the gutters and all the debris on the ground around our house afterwards. The final invoice was exactly as promised. We were impressed with the service and we will definitely hire Gorilla again for our roof and gutter cleaning needs.

Gorilla did amaizing job on my gutter cleaning, called back to arrange time to come over and do the job even in a last minute request. Cleaned my gutters from all the guck from years of acummulated leaves and debris, rinced it after with a hose. Even took before and after pictures! Would recommend them for sure, super satisfied!
I used Gorilla to remove graffiti from my house and fence. They were able to do the work incredibly fast, at an affordable price, and the best part is the quality of the work they did. You cannot even tell it was spray painted. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Mike and his team did an outstanding job. We had the following cleaned: gutters, siding, exterior windows, deck, deck furniture. They took care in handling all our things and our entire property. They were also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.
