I have been dealing with General Scrap for approximately 10 years. Very happy with their professional service. Our Account Representative, Cynthia, gives us great personal service and has helped us recycle material in other parts of Alberta. Pricing and weights are fair and transparent. Previously, we were at the competition but after regularly having them take 1000 lbs off the weigh ticket we decided to move our business to General. Couldn't be happier with General's level of service.

Brought in some scrap metal. Had to wait an hr to get my cash on my way out. Parking for a big truck is confuseing at best. No visible organization at all in my opinion.
Cynthia our sales rep is ALWAYS extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. She knows the business inside and out and is always there when you need her.
