When I bought Gem Gallerie Jewellers in Sherwood Park back in July of 2018 the former marketing strategy was very spaghetti on the wall and I knew changes had to be made going forward. Focus came highly recommended so I booked an initial consult and was not disappointed, Dean introduced me to the team that the Gallerie would be working with. Zach, Cody and Sue have been great, helping create a cohesive brand image (including colors, font, culture, social media presence and website redesign) based on the 30 year history of the company, our why, which is taking care customers as we would like to be taken care of. This includes educating them on all the intricacies of creation and care of a piece of jewellery. The Focus team even coordinated the hand off event! We are very happy thus far and looking forward to our continued business relationship.
