True professionals and athletes! The gym is well maintained and the coaches are amazing at what they do!
There's no other place like it. I'm 36 yrs old and have been taking the adult parkour course for 4 years, along with the Calisthenics class for 2 yrs. It was intimidating to start as I expected to be the oldest one there. That wasn't the case as there are people of all age ranges and skill levels. The coaches are beyond welcoming and they make everyone feel equally a part of the flyfree family. My kids both take classes as well and their coaches are all cool, young guys with a lot of talent. They make great role models for the kids and as I've grown to know them personally, they're the same outside of the gym as they are inside. A great spot for anyone wanting to try things that were inspired from watching youtube videos. Go physically do it yourself and surprise yourself with what you can learn. It's a lot of fun!
It's an amazing gym for parkour and calysthenics! My son and I have been going there for the last 3 years and the energy is amazing there. Highly recommended
They have the best coaches and training in parkour! Very clean and safe environment! They have performed at our charity event for the Stollery for the last 10 years!

Three of my daughters do parkour here and they love it. The instructors are very kind, enthusiastic and seem very knowledgeable. The price is a little steep. The facility seems well maintained and safe for the kids...as safe as can be when you consider what they are doing as an activity.
