I got REAL tired of paying high prices for bad haircuts at salons so returned here & wasn't disappointed. Grew out my pixie too much & needed it cut & shaped again. It's no different than a regular salon in a very nice loft style building. My advanced styist was apprehensive at first, but asked instructor every step of the way. Once she got going she was fine & did a good basic cut then the instructor finished the rest as it needed more off & texturizing/razoring the student wasn't yet trained in. The instructor didn't confirm about the sides so more was cut off there than should be, but I was ok with it, it will grow out soon. Just be clear what you want & they will accommodate you. Instructor very good skills. Very attentive students & instructors. 20 bucks for a better cut than MANY salons & you're listened to which is important. Good cut good prices, done!

I just got my haircut done this week. They welcomed the walk-in at the time and staff was very polite. Got my haircut by Marissa. She was really nice to me, and did exactly what I wanted. Will definitely recommend this place if one's looking for a place that doesn't charge unnecessary fee, unlike high-end salons!! Will come back for the next due haircut :D

Got my hair done from here, no cut just colour. It was clean environment, and I was treated normal while I was at my appointment. My hair didn’t turn out as I wanted/asked for, after emailing the academy they offered to fix it if I wanted to come back. But my main issue was as soon as I got home the student who did my hair would not stop messaging me, about why I didn’t tip her. And just kept repeatedly asking me why I didn’t, and how this service at another salon would have cost 200 and I only paid 124. Found this extremely unprofessional, and just straight up cheap have never experienced anything like this before. When I emailed the school about this, they had answers for everything, but how the student acted, just saying they agree with me, that it’s not expected that you tip. I don’t understand why I was treated this way when I payed with debit, there was no tip option, and at the end of the day I didn’t get what I wanted for. Lack of professionals simply.
