This is an amazing place - I needed a part for my vehicle and the service I was provided with was helpful, professional and extremely efficient. The part was delivered much sooner than I had expected. As it turned out I didn't need the part eventually and the company, especially its owner, Italio, was extremely understanding and accepted the return with no questions asked and a complete refund - now this is what I call exceptional service - it doesn't get any better than that!. The worst they said they had a engine in stock but they had to pull it out. I gave them a 500.00 deposit as per their request. They called me back and told me the engine was no good fine no problem. I asked for my money back they said yes thus was two months ago and several attempts to get it back and we keep getting the same BS from the . Never will we deal with them again !!!!
I bought a door switch for 1999 sienna I paid 90 very expensive and I never used it there is a return policy 3 months I never installed it I changed the car was another problem so before the warranty finished I want return it when I call before he changed the time he said it is done I said still I have time ok and again he said it is electronic so we can’t return it only I can find you the same part when I bought it even I never checked if it is working or not so I lost my 90 dollars for no reason if there’s 0 I can give 0 but no
Pretty bad experience, got hold on phone for almost 10 mins for a rebuilt unit they listed on Car-parts and said it's already gone. Poor management.
I bought about 5 parts for my car over the last year and a half, the staff are exceptional and wonderful. They gave me plenty of options to choose from and provided as much help as they could
