called to simply inform them I had received mail sent to the wrong address. got accused of opening mail because someone wrote on the envelope that it was for a court order no contact. Person I spoke with was very rude.

Your probation officer treats you as well as you treat them. Face it, you broke the law and now you have to report in. It's not your PO's fault. There really is no other way to say it. Go in on time, be polite and honest. You make the experience what it is. So what is it like at Edmonton West Probation? That's up to you. I've never had an issue.
