We have used the services of Edmonton Commercial Building inspections Services for many of our commercial and industrial building inspections. Before we hired them we spent a lot of money on some unnecessary upgrades that we were told needed to be done when they didn't. Their inspectors are very knowledgeable and saved us thousands of dollars on unnecessary upgrades. Their non bias inspections are always very accurate plus their detailed inspection reports are easy to understand. Great company to deal with! We own a number of commercial properties in and around Edmonton and have used their inspection services prior to buying, selling as well as, regular maintenance inspections over the years. We find their inspections very accurate and non-bias not to mention their inspection reports are very easy to understand. They have also saved us time and money on unnecessary repairs and replacements. For example before coming across Edmonton Commercial and industrial Building Inspection Services we had a roofing company do an inspection on our roof and was told we need to replace the roof which was very expensive. We then got a second opinion from Edmonton Commercial and industrial Building Inspection Services and were informed we just needed repairs to bring the roof back to standards, which saved us time, money and the hassle of a huge roof replacement.
