My experience with Data Lab was excellent. I called and got a quick diagnosis over the phone from Mike, dropped off an SSD drive with them for a professional look and the customer service was excellent. Will definitely be returning for any future data recovery needs.
Unfortunately they were not able to help me as my harddrive was destroyed beyond repair. However the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! they took the time to educate me on what went wrong on the drive and how it works. They were quick to get back to me with the diagnosis and offered to assist with a remedy to my problem. 10/10team!!!
Broke a USB stick that had MY LIFE on it. Took it to Data Lab. They managed to to a chip off and I got all my files back! Thank you for saving my life! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff....highly recommend
Pleasant and professional experience all-around! Mike is very knowledgeable, personable, and knows his stuff. Indicated that if no data was retrieved, then no payment required. In the end, was able to recover all my data (done on the spot) and even gave me a student discount. I would highly recommend if needing data recovered in the future!
My external hard drive decided to fail on me, leading to the loss of a whole bunch of data. I took it into the Data Lab, and Mike and the team were great! They explained to me what had likely happened and what they would need to do, and did not stop until they had located all the files I had lost. Also - they're the nicest people in the world, and their services are incredible value. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
This place is awesome. I was helped by Mike who was extremely professional and worked very hard to fix my iPhone 7 Plus which was stuck in a loop and wouldn’t boot up or be recognized by any computer. He was successful in getting the phone up and running and was also able to restore all the data that was on it when all other places said it wasn’t possible. He did it and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Data Lab.
