Can't get a hold of anyone over the phone here. Was sold the wrong size chain for my saw, as well as the wrong bar on two separate occasions. Staff seemed to be very lacking in knowledge on chain saws in general. Gave it 2 stars because after wasting 4 hours of time driving back and forth, at least they refunded me. Won't be back.

Used to be MUCH better ... as an arborist I used to use them frequently but of late I’m unclear of what the problem is. Customer service and supplies have taken a huge dive. Here’s hoping they sort out thier issues!
Reasonable quality chainsaw parts at much below average prices. Can pick up parts and get same-day service. Very good company.
