Wonderful experience. You can get almost everything at very reasonable prices. Staff is very helpful. I have not seen this big store with large selection of sports related items in the whole Edmonton. Prices are very reasonable and quality of products are awesome. Highly recommended.

It's a great store full of awesome stuff I really liked the hat collection and the nice selection of shoes they also have a huge Stanley cup outside the store with every winning team and year engraved on it I thought that was pretty cool and its location is pretty awesome as well right by Whyte Ave (82 ave)

Great place for sports equipment, they have a wide variety on all the major sports with friendly staff. The crew working in the skate sharpening department I wanna praise as well because of their genuine care for how customers blades get sharpened. They also have a little practice area where we can test hockey sticks while you wait for your skates

United cycle is my go to spot for everything bicycle! Their prices are competitive and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff in bicycle parts section is usually who I end up dealing with and he knows what he’s talking about. Jeff is really great at working with me to determine the best upgrades for my Santa Cruz Chameleon all the while staying within my budget. Overall I always have a positive experience when dealing with the staff at United Cycle. Keep up the great work guys!

I have frequently visited this store and they always have everything you could ever need for sports! The staff is extremely friendly and have tremendous knowledge of the product. I purchased a curling broom from them in December 2018 and it surprisingly broke in October 2019 while curling. I contacted the store and they told me to bring it in so they could have a look, within a day they were able to replace the product with no questions! Great local store in Edmonton!

United Cycle just earned a customer for life. I bought two bikes in the spring for myself and my wife. Her bike works perfectly but mine was presenting issues every other week. I finally had enough and wanted to take it in for an exchange or refund. With it being past the 30 day trial, bought it on sale and has been ridden 4/7 days a week, I was expecting a fight. There was none. I explained my experience and was immediately told that the bike should not have been like that. They worked with me on a deal for a much better bike as they couldn’t find a match for the one I had bought. The amount of extra value I’m now getting is way more then the extra I paid. Their customer service is exceptional. They truly understand that I had a choice to spend our money there and that if you treat people well they will be repeat customers, as I surely will be.
