Doctor Todd Scott is amazing. My 13 year old Jug had two mast cell tumours removed here and Dr. Scott was very positive and confident about the procedure, myself and my dog felt extremely well taken care of. I had gone to one specialist and two other vets before Crestwood and am super glad I did my research. Choose Crestwood for your furry family members! I’ve been a client of this clinic for just under 5 years. I’m thrilled with the recent addition of a cat only exam room. My girls are not thrilled to be at the vet when they need to, but they are always treated with kindness and respect. I don’t pick a specific vet when I book as I enjoy the aspect of having a variety but I’ve seen every vet in the clinic once and liked them all.
Staff is friendly, welcoming and caring. The veterinarians listen carefully and offer well researched solutions. The facility is clean and neat, always. My dogs are treated very well, even when they accidentally do a nervous pee. I highly recommend Crestwood!
I have a very agitated cat and I've been to multiple vets over the last 6 months. Unfortunately for both my cat and my wallet, this has caused me to continue to have to pay for assessments without getting a proper diagnosis because there is no calming him down. Today I called in a panic after I noticed my cat having issues walking down the stairs (what seems like a progressive injury/illness). Not only did they get me in right away (and I know this wasn't easy because they lobby was full when I got there) but they had one of the owners address our concerns because they knew of our history trying to diagnose the problem. He spent the time it took to just sit in the room and give my cat the time to get comfortable with him and his surroundings. (After and through multiple swipes and hisses!) Even through this though we were still not able to get a full diagnosis at this time due to his extreme agitation, we came up with a plan on how to approach dealing with this properly moving forward. I was given instructions on what to watch for and report, and a small sedative for when we need to come back for further analysis. While this behaviour might not seem unusual to some, I found their customer service to be beyond any expectation. Their focus and determination to help me deserves 10 stars, I'm disappointed I'm stuck giving them only 5. What I hope this review does is give that person out there reading this the confidence to overcome any apprehension of bringing your loved one to this Centre. You will be treated with grace, professionalism and beyond that leave feeling like they've cared for your animal like it was one of their own.
People who genuinely care about your pets! I’ve had experiences where other vets down play actual issues. Thankfully Crestwood took them seriously. We are grateful for their compassion and care. Thanks to Amy & Dr Scott especially for helping out little Ginger get back on her feet, literally ️

We have been going to this Veterinarian for 20 years. They have the best staff and doctors in my opinion. A few of the staff members have been there the entire time we have been using their services. That speaks volumes about how this organization is operated. Top notch! Thank you for everything over the years!
I can't say enough about Doug and the entire team at Crestwood. Kind, compassionate, and absolutely world class service. We've had five dogs total and every one has gone to Crestwood
