Amazing! There are absolutely no words that can express my gratitude! I have done hydrocolon therapy and I have done bio feedback and soon to do more. I have never felt so good and so comfortable in such a long time. I’m from a health care field where we learn to rely on our doctors and nurses to fix our internal problems when it’s so much more. No one can fix us but us, we just need the right tools. Norma is the person who has them. Very welcoming and open atmosphere.
I just completed a Biofeed back Stress Reduction session with Norma and I felt so much lighter and rested after. Although I was "stressed" about going, Norma explained everything thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable before she started. She also informed me about the areas of my body that were reactive and needed attention (which were quite a few!!) and made recommendations. Being in healthcare, I recognize how are medical system has already eroded and we need to take our health in our own hands. Western medicine is not always the answer and taking pills and vitamins will not always give us our health back. Our bodies are amazing and given the right nutrition, attention and environment, it has the ability to heal itself. Therefore, I have already booked my next session and will definitely try some of the other Therapies that Norma offers. Norma, thank you for all your care and attention. I've been a very happy client of Norma at Life Synergy for over 8 years. I have had great success with each of the services I have tried. I started with lymph drainage, as I have problems with continual fluid retention and puffiness in my legs and tummy. After having a series of treatment, and some follow ups, I find my body to rarely retain fluids or feel puffy or heavy. My daughter also get lymph drainage as she has inherited this puffiness from me. She has also had much relief from her fluid retention. The other services I have and continue to use are bio feedback and colon hydrotherapy. Both have helped me immensely. My kids also have had amazing results with bio-feedback. We have all felt very comfortable in Norma's care. Norma is kind, friendly and knowledgable. She really listens to how we are feeling (emotionally and physically) and knows how to help!
I met Norma over 10 years ago. I was tired of going to Doctors who just want to give you a pill and send you off. I have always been intrigued by alternative health and a willing participant in trying different things. I have had Biofeedback Stress Reduction therapy with her numerous times for different issues. When I started to get a cold, I had it done and the next day my sinuses were cleared up - no cold. When I have been stressed, biofeedback has left me relaxed and exhausted. We forget how much our bodies hold when we are stressed and when relaxed, we then can acknowledge how tired we are. It's like we don't know how stressed we are, until we're NOT. Norma is a caring and professional therapist. I always feel safe and heard without judgement. I would recommend her for Biofeedback Stress Reduction therapy or a combination of therapies that she offers. She is a wealth of knowledge and assists you in setting up a wellness plan.
Norma's 18 years of professional experience are evident in every aspect of her services. I especially appreciate her attention to and working with what my physiology is trying to do at any given moment during a session. Sometimes a pause is required to give the body time to adjust and do what it wants to do. The result is that the amount of cleansing is maximized. I have been to other colon hydrotherapists who seem to emphasize how far the water can go rather than what the body needs to do to get rid of old stuff. Norma is my first choice for colon hydrotherapy.
Finding Norma was truly a blessing. In 2002 I was in a car accident. After a year of “following Doctors orders” which was take more drugs, I realized he was just slapping band-aids on me. I felt toxic, lethargic, and not myself (old beyond my years). Upon a friends recommendation I booked an appointment with Norma. After several colon hydrotherapy sessions, I felt revitalized, increased energy, my pain significantly reduced and as a bonus I lost 10 lbs. I felt alive again. I have also had great success with Biofeedback Stress Reduction Therapy. Norma is very professional, caring and a great listener, I’m so glad I gave her a try.
Norma has simply changed my sons life! I refuse to give my son drugs for his ADHD and Biofeedback has become a cornerstone in dealing with the disorder. Change in diet and Biofeedback has turned him around! He can now focus so much better, so much so that even his teachers noticed! When the change is noticeable by external parties, you know its working!
