At first it seemed great. I called ahead and they had the part in stock AND it was 1/3 less than online! However, even though i brought the power tool in with me, they never considered any variations on year models and i ended up with the wrong part! Fortunately i was able to re-use one of the old parts! But that shouldn't happen. Ever since covid19, i find too many businesses are grumpy about low sales that any time a customer doesn't utilize the extent of their business, they seem resentful? Maybe it's just me idk but it was annoying for a minute there with the wrong part (:

Customer service is too notch here. Unlike other shops in town that couldn't be bothered to help me, they took time in the middle to solve my problem. Thanks guys you rock

These folks are great to deal with. They can source the part you need and the customer service is amazing. Not sure why you'd go anywhere else.

I’ve used this company twice and have been unsatisfied both times. The first time I left an impact drill with them and it took them 3 months to repair it, all while I called back every two weeks. Once I got it back I realized they had put the speed toggle backwards so slow was fast and fast was slow. They charged me 75 for just a shell repair. I gave them a second chance with another impact, another shell repair and minor fixes (light, bit holder). Took them longer than the first time and after repeated calls every couple weeks they told me they would call me back and never did. I called back a good time later and they had finished, charged me 90. This time they had the forward and reverse toggles backwards. I should have went and bought a new drill for the 90 instead
