They take an integrated approach to your treatment here so you can get help from a physiotherapist, a kinesiologist and a massage therapist. Damion (physio) was wonderful, attentive and a pleasure to work with. We tried a variety of treatments and adapted them based on my progress. Mercedes (kinesiology) was knowledgable and flexible, and she taught me many new exercises and stretches. Mitch (massage) was thorough and considerate in his treatment. He looks at an issue and it's impact through the whole body, so you feel much better after his massages. AND, this stellar team makes you feel welcome with great conversation and genuine care. I really recommend Damion and the team for physiotherapy, or Mitch for just massage therapy.

Dr Rick Rana is a chiropractor that has the most effective treatments I have ever received. His gentle manner and knowledge is amazing. The prices are very reasonable and staff very friendly. If you hurt anywhere on your body, go see Dr. Rick. You won't regret it!!

Nice staff. They make the effort to greet me by name when I walk in. The professionals here seem good. Dr. Rana has been thorough with me in my treatment more so than I had experienced in the past. Where I used to just get adjustments, with this clinic I now also have a program and a better understanding of what happens and what I can do about it. The treatment here is much more rounded and complete.

I went to see dr. Rick because of a workplace injury but I continue to go see him because he's the best chiropractor that I have found in the city. His prices are also very reasonable. I have seen a couple of the physiotherapists here and they are very good as well. I am seeing doctor at 4 acupuncture as well as Chiropractic and he's a wonderful doctor.
