We recently completed a large renovation in Ritchie Mill that included brand new glass office spaces. For our future and current tenants we required filming for all the glass in this space that would provide privacy, while still allowing natural light in, and also “fit” with the modern mixed with original timber and stone aesthetic. Enter Carbon Graphics Group! From patience in finding the perfect color of film (who knew there are SO many whites, silvers etc), to the perfect matching of the design in all corners, doors and spaces, to the amazing experience of a flawless installation...and the countless compliments we have received since! The designer worked with me to achieve the correct spaces within the design down to the 1/8”, providing samples until we were sure it was perfect for us. And the pricing was fair for the quality product provided. We are already on to our next project with them. Thanks to the whole crew at Carbon Graphics!

Carbon graphics, was able to bind 5 copies of a 500 report in less than 24 hours.
Trapunto contacted Carbon Graphics regarding 3M UV blocking film for our fabric store. We needed a film that blocked as much UV as possible to prevent colour fading, but still maintain the bright, natural light from outside to highlight our fabrics. Gord Olsen and the crew at Carbon Graphics were great to deal with. we found them courteous and responsive to our needs. The installation occurred on the date promised and it looks amazing. You really can't see the film. We're very pleased with the results.
Terrible customer service and incredibly rude.
I was blown away with my recent service from Carbon Copy. I had to throw in a revision last minute which switched a number of pages in my document and they answered the phone at 7am, responded well to my request, switched out all the pages and still managed to deliver it an hour before my original delivery time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality printing and great customer service!

Great experience in dealing with Jeff, Tara and the rest of the team at the Edmonton location this week. They are all very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Definitely a company and group we will be dealing with again in the near future!
