Purchased my 2018 GMC Sierra brand new from this dealership. They had heated seats put in to the vehicle prior to purchase and pickup of the new vehicle. Two weeks ago the heating element burnt a hole through my seats and lit my jacket on fire while I was driving, almost causing an accident. I contacted the service department twice and they made no attempt to contact me back to my knowledge. I had to contact GMC Canada. I purchased extended warranty beyond the new vehicle warranty however they are saying that the provider (they chose) to install the heated seats only provides 1 year warranty. Well I’m pretty sure heating elements shouldn’t be burning holes in seats nor should they be lighting jackets on fire while people are driving. Could have caused a serious accident. Completely appalled at how this service department is dealing with this situation. I would suggest looking at other dealerships before buying from here because once you buy your vehicle it’s the service department you have to deal with mainly after that.

Shout out to Mason for the awesome service on my wife’s new Yukon! They were the only ones in Alberta with the vehicle I wanted. Mason drove nearly six hours to make sure it got to our house for a surprise on her birthday. He text me when he showed up on our driveway with a bow on the hood and a bottle of wine. She absolutely loves her new ride. Thanks Mason for making this happen. 5 ️
First time brought my truck for service in this location....really disappointed- service took to long ,- not even close what they promised when appointment was set up.I got a few useless recommendations...,like air filter has to be change. Air filter was changed not even two months ago( less then 1500 km). Engine warnings light came back next morning with same code before service. I lost trust in dealers service. Thanks to Natashia, she did excellent job,very responsible.
