After years of using CF, I decided I couldn't deal with them any longer. The guys at the dock in RD and Edmonton are great, but the billing/customer service department is awful. Most of the time, if there are any errors in billing (by you or the dock), they will not correct them for you, and have no problem charging outrageous prices for short shipments. And you likely will never meet or hear from your sales rep, or anyone for that matter (unless you have any bills outstanding they'll call you every hour of the day with an automated message, even if that bill is under review). I'm sad to leave them, they're often better priced, and usually more reliable than the competition, but the billing and customer service is too unreliable, and the staff could care less if you decide to use another company.

If I could give this horrible company zero stars I would. I trusted them with my tool boxes to be moved from one city to another. Not only did they damage the exterior and interior of my tool boxes they denied any wrong doing. Despite me having pictures of before and after delivery of the damages, they basically said \go eff yourself\. Apparently all liability lies with the person that hired these fools to ship the product. I was told I had to package my tool boxes because they wouldn't do it themselves even if I paid extra. Now they say because I packed them myself it's my responsibility for their safe keeping while in transit. I will definitely be telling all of my friends to avoid this company like the plague. Horrible customer service and even worse shipping times.
Very friendly staff anf the price for shipping was very reasonable. Will use them again for future shipping. Will update when the delivery is done
Need better dispatching(city pick up)
I live in Lloydminster, AB and they interline with Kindersley Transport. Repeatedly at work I do not get freight on the day it should be and they come up with some excuse about how there isn't enough room on the truck. I've had great success with this carrier in larger cities but when it comes to the smaller communities, even ones that are thriving like Lloydminster, the companies they choose to interline with are horrible.
