Always love coming here! Everyone of the staff and medical personnel are so kind and caring, offering a comfortable experience donating. They are serious about COVID and have implemented extra precautions! The RNs are especially phenomenal at they do! Been donating for about 4 years now, would recommend.

Canadian blood Services has been improving steadily over the years. At this location Appointments are usually very close to the time booked. The fact that you can complete the questionnaire on line from the comfort or your home is great. They are set up well for social distancing. I have been reading the web site and discovered that a number of things that used to prevent people from donating have been changed, so if you were refused in the past I would encourage you to check it out. The staff here are pleasant, helpful and grateful for your donation. Please don’t let Covid-19 prevent you from donating. Their usual procedures to prevent the spread of disease have been improved with the use of additional COVID protocols. Wear a mask. Thank you for your donation
I Honestly Love coming here! The staff are so friendly all the time, and always make me feel welcome and safe. I really appreciate the way that they were able to adjust and adapt to the whole covid situation. I, kind of ignorantly tbh, came to attend my sister's blood donation recently as I had been in a few weeks earlier, and found out when I arrived that they aren't allowing extras/buddies to sit with the donors like normal, due to the pandemic and different restrictions. But the lady that told me this offered me some juice and cookies, and was so sweet of her and at least that little treat was worth something haha! Will 100% recommend, I've never had a bad donation or buddy experience here and will always encourage people to donate here
Prefer the main centre overall compared to mobile sites. Quick and efficient.
Make sure to arrive 5 mins to your appointment as these guys are on the ball for maintain a safe environment and don’t want too many people in one place at one time during the pandemic. The staff was amazing, very informative and kind. It was my first time donating and won’t be my last. Thankyou Canadian blood services for making this a comfortable experience.
