I went to Best Buy 2 months ago and bought a new TV. I got a 200 discount off the price. I went back today to buy the same TV (for another room because I liked it so much) and they refused to give me the same deal. I decided to go to Visions down the road and they gave me a brand new TV for the 200 discount that Best Buy would not and they were highly professional and even stayed late and tested the TV for me before I took it home. Best Buy didn’t even test the TV I got from them. Definitely recommend Visions over Best Buy if you’re buying a TV.

Best place for electronics hands down. I Have had several issues with many purchases over the last few months . Best buy will gladly give me a return or refund or price match , time after time. Top notch customer service and always friendly.

Got the computer and the help that I was in need of, however I saw a couple employees walking around without a mask on which was a tad disappointing.

Simply enormous. Layout is great with sections dedicated to various areas of the tech world in a far better way than other Best Buy locations. Really liked the dedicated store areas for Google, Apple and Microsoft.

Customer service is completely useless in-person and online, I ordered a product more than a month ago and it never came to my house via delivery. None of the in-store employees could give me any answers. Both T-Force and Best Buy have given me no updates about my order. Online delivery should be running without problems especially during this period. Customers shouldn’t be the ones to start an investigation, there’s a lack of respect towards them. UPDATE: I spoke to two different agents that told me they’ve started a refund. Spoke to four different agents altogether and still didn’t receive a refund.
