We love our hot tub! Melissa was amazing to work with. She kept us in mind and called us when an opportunity to get a tub presented itself. We bought our unicorn hot tub on a friday and it was magically delivered the following Monday. She came to our house, in the country, and did a wet start. A wet start is when they show you step by step what chemicals to start out with in the hot tub and then she taught me what chemicals to use and when. The start up instructions and weekly instructions are fabulous but this customer service was top notch. They also have water testing on site so you are able to chemically balance your water. We have been in our hot tub multiple times a day, watching games or shows, coffee or beers. It has been a great source of entertainment and enjoyment for our family. Definitely go see Melissa!

We spent time looking at several different manufacturers of hot tubs before going into the Beachcomber Edmonton store on 118th Avenue. We were greeted immediately by Melissa who was very friendly and helpful, answering any and all questions we had and allowing us space to look around and find the hot tub we wanted. Providing more information without making us feel pressured. She answered all our questions and when we left followed up with emails and videos that gave us the ability to look further into our purchase. The next weekend we went back and made sure to find her to buy our new Beachcomber Hot Tub from her. Can’t wait to get it set up and look forward to being a customer of the store for years to come.
We ordered a hot tub from beachcomber back in September. We were told that it would take at longest 20-24 weeks and that they would call in that time to arrange delivery......So after 6 months of waiting. Nothing. We had to contact them multiple times only to find out it MAY be done by the end of April. MAYBE. We had multiple issues with Trying to get information from our customer service person Jeri. Really, not to even call and tell us that it was going to be another 6 weeks at least and for us to have to try and get a hold of them is unacceptable. Yes, it’s COVID time and demand is high but it’s no excuse for the lack of customer service. For the money you’re spending, buy somewhere else.
The customer service here was great. I dealt with Brett. Communicating with him was efficient and pleasant. We didn't end up purchasing outdoor furniture from Beachcomber yet since they didn't have a set at our price point, but I will definitely go back to Brett in future for any hottub or outdoor furniture purchases.
I have a hottub love it. A plug and play and oh the relief from arthritis. Luv! Best buy ever. You have to get one. Folks here are so friendly and helpful. Join the Beachcomber Family you won't be sorry.
