July 9th, I had new countertops installed, I have noticed that both of the slabs are different designs as one is distinctively darker than the other. There is also a significant space between the countertop and the wall perpendicular to it. It's clearly shown that the measurements weren't taken properly, and the two slabs don't correspond with each other. I have been calling Amanda everyday, but there has been no resolution so far.
Placed the order in mid November and promised it will be done in two weeks. Never update about the delay until I called them two day before Christmas. Told me install scheduled on Christmas Eve. After I paid the balance and receive a call that the countertop is not ready. Finally it scheduled on Jan 15 and never give us the time. A simple job and dragged on over a week. Poor service, workmanship and management.
Excellent service, product selection and price! Connor was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. We had concerns about another companies warranty and when talking to Connor about it, he asked us the details of our order. He matched the price for a comparable granite and gave us a copy of their warranty, answered our questions. Great company!!
I'm not even sure this would rate as high as one star. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've had. I have been trying to get a repair done to my granite counter top since November 26th. It was not an installation they did as the home builder has since gone bankrupt but i was simply looking for someone who could do a proper repair and these folks were ecommended\. The first rep I dealt with was not quick in responding. After several attempts Over the course of a few weeks I was told he would schedule something with their service department and get back to me. After more delays I reached out again and was passed on to someone else. After sending the pictures AGAIN of what I needed done, they set a service date of January 22nd and took my address down for the call. On Jan 21st I called and spoke with yet another rep who told me the last person I dealt with is no longer with the company and my service call was NOT scheduled for the following day as I was told. He seemed apologetic on the phone and also took my address and said he would come by my house to look at the counter either on Saturday January 23rd or the following Monday January 25th. Neither of these promises were kept. So again I called On Tuesday January 26th and was told they would pass along my name and phone number and I would get a call back. Again, nothing happened. I then emailed this individual yesterday asking for at least some attempt at follow through, but at this point I do not expect a response. I understand the challenges we are all facing in this current environment, with staff shortages, navigating the Covid protocols etc., but even the smallest attempt at communication could have gone a long way.
