I meant to say in my last review, we are also very happy with the value, especially during this pandemic. They have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service for us, and have been an absolute integral part of our whole family’s mental health! They have provided structure, and positive connections, and they really care about each student. This small, family-run business has dug deep and found ways to give and give during a time when so many of us are in need.

We have been absolutely thrilled with the program for our son. One of the first things we noticed were how well trained and respectful the students are, which speaks volumes about a school. We really appreciate the work that goes into building self-esteem and integrity as well; this is so much more than just a top notch fitness program, and we happily recommend it.
I've been training here for 7 years now. With a constantly evolving curriculum and innovation with new programs I've always enjoyed my time here.
My daughter joined a few months ago, she is 8 years old and very shy. Master Ford (Nicola) too her under her wing and she is flourishing! We are so proud of how confident she has become, and how she is facing her fears. This club welcomes you in as a part of the family. The kids, instructors and other parents are fabulous. It really does feel like a family supporting each of our kids grow and learn.
