I have used Armour Registry many times before and this time found their service to be sub-par at best and that’s trying to be nice about it. The employee’s working there have attitudes toward their customers. Expect you to wear a mask due to COVID-19 but their employees don’t wear a mask even when they’re not social distancing the 6 feet apart as per the bylaw. They other things I have a problem with is they charge you an additional 3% on each transaction on your credit card and tell you it’s the credit card company that does it when it’s not. They make you swipe multiple times instead of just the one payment. Also will not take your cash (Canadian Currency) didn’t know cash was worthless now. Talked to owner of the registry to bring up my concerns and she as well was rude and didn’t want to handle the situation and blew it off as nothing cause it would cost her money. I would highly recommend using another Registry.
Staff was great and was the most pleasant registry experience I've ever had. The representative made everything so easy and enjoyable. Will be going back for sure!
I recently visited Armour Registry for my road test. I was nervous heading in, but my examiner, Brad, immediately put me at ease. He was calm and cool and explained the whole process to me so I understood exactly how it all worked. My test went really smooth. I would strongly recommend going here for your road test! If you get an option, ask for Brad.
Staff were friendly enough. Wasn't too busy. Went for vehicle renewal. Offers a variety of services.Not my usual registry place but nice enough.
