A flooding dishwasher caused damage to our existing hardwood and resulted in our first vinyl plank installation. We had shopped around and received 3 quotes. We were really happy with the service and products at Action. Our home has a sunken living room and dining room, and Action offered a custom stair nosing made from the vinyl plank (as opposed to generic stair nosing in a different material, which was all that was offered at the other 2 places that quoted) which really finished the look and really made it appear to be hardwood flooring. We are back buying flooring for a different property. Karoline has been outstanding to work with on both jobs, helping us find a lovely product that works within our budget and timelines. Highly recommend Action Flooring & Design Abilities.

Went in with champagne tastes and a beer budget and had outstanding customer service. Everyone was super professional, and the sales associate was extra patient while I discussed options on the phone.... Found tiles that are absolutely perfect, and had very careful help loading them into my vehicle. Friendly from start to finish. Thanks!!

We went in for new Vinyl Flooring with very little knowledge and a tight budget. Our sales rep., Marek was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with showing us what to look for in our budget. He was very professional, not pushy and did not rush our decision at any time. After placing our order we only waited a few days for the order to arrive and be delivered. Their Installation Crew were pleasant and very considerate of practicing Safety control ( Covid 19) using MASKS the whole time they were working our home. Andrew and Jay were very professional as well as their work being precise and clean. They went above and beyond when they discovered a problem on a small area of our floor and found a remedy in no time at all. I would definitely recommend this company. It's a 5 star company.

We had narrowed it down to 3 different stores (2 that offered free delivery) but we decided to pick Action Flooring because of the initial customer service. Unfortunately that service does not remain the same after you hand over your money! We are still waiting for our floors after being told 2 different arrival dates. We were told 10 days initially and it’s been over a month!! Only to call them for follow up 3 times in the last week, and not receive a call back. Call me, be honest!! Communication is poor, I do not feel like they value our business. I’ve asked twice to have it escalated to a manger.. and still no call. I’m very disappointed we didn’t go in another direction!!

5 Month Ago Let us wish and hope that this comes out to be a nice, full of variety and designs, designer store for floor furnishings in South East of city Edmonton. It will be boon specifically for Millwoods side communities. Best of luck!! Today again, I visited the store and was happy o find •Hugely interesting collection •Nice arrangements of patterns of assorted designs •Abundant choices in materials, quality and decor •Staff is ready to to help if you need it, with smile, willingness and sea of information about the products at their command (they wouldn’t bother you unnecessarily) and leave you alone to have a dip in opulence and ambiance of what it takes to fantasize, design and creat your own floorings. A nice experience!!!!
