I have been going to Synergy classes for almost 2 years now. I love it there, and it is something that I look forward to doing when I wake up every day. I have learned so much at Synergy. I definitely recommend synergy to ANYBODY who is interested in learning martial arts, or even getting fit in general. Highly Recommended! Parker W, age 12

This place is not only giving me new skills and techniques, but I am also getting in the best shape I have been in, and loving every minute. For the first time I am getting excited to work out instead of dreading the idea of exercise. The environment is motivating and encouraging and the people who go are diverse in age and experience. The staff are nice, well trained, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone both with past experience and those who are just looking to try it out. You will love it!

Synergy martial arts is a great place to train and learn martial arts. A couple of years ago i joined the kickboxing classes and saw my best results. I highly recommend their classes, if your interested in toning and losing weight. I now have enrolled my 3 year old son and couldn't be happier. I know the trainers will teach him manners, how to listen and a few martial arts skills. I know he will do well in these classes and excited to see him progress. Thanks John for you hard and dedicated work!

John is an excellent teacher and is really great with kids. I have a 5 year old and a 3.5 year old who absolutely love this class. They are always excited to go! They learn and they have fun. As a result of John and his work at Synergy my once shy daughter has become so much more confident and outgoing. I would recommend Synergy to everyone.. it is fantastic!

I’ve been going to Synergy Martial Arts since I was six years old and I’ve had so much fun attending over the years. In those eight years, I’ve moved from having a white belt and with lots of training, focus, dedication and of course fun, I’ve earned my black belt. I have really enjoyed learning discipline, kicks, punches, forms and lots of other fun things. I’m so glad my mother signed me up for it. It’s been a great ride and I still love it!!

Synergy Martial Arts will change your life! Attending the Fitness Kickboxing classes has been positively intense! The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, there is a variety of fitness equipment, and the atmosphere is very encouraging. The instructors know the fitness level of every student and make sure everyone gets the most value out of every class. The best part - no class is the same! you always walk out learning something new. Thank you John and Alex for making it such a great experience!!

Two years ago I was looking for some cross training to supplement my running program. Upon a recommendation from a friend I tried the Synergy Martial Arts kickboxing class - I have been addicted ever since.....Kickboxing was a great way to incorporate strength training into my running training. The instructors are creative, fun, enthusiastic - tough. Just the right amount of each - which means I always leave feeling I've had a great, thorough workout. An added unexpected bonus is I feel I am learning new skills, co-ordination and techniques of actual kickboxing/boxing which is challenging my "middle aged Mom mind" - it feels good to be learning new things both mentally and physically.
