Despite many flight delays beyond my control which resulted in my flight not arriving until after midnight my driver arrived curb-side in a timely manner and with a cheerful and positive attitude. That was nice after having spent hours in the airport followed by yet another hour sitting on the tarmac waiting for YYZ to clear our flight. My driver was pleasant, a safe driver, and provided bottled water and the use of his phone charger during the ride. Door-to-door service is definitely the way to go!

We used Airport taxi service for pickup from yyz airport to hotel and back from our family trip. They were easy to communicate and the price was reasonable compared to other car services. They picked us up on time and the car was as clean and comfortable.
We will use again. The driver was kind to help my 80 year old father in law with his suitcases.
We took Airport Taxi SUV to the airport and back from a cruise - great service and exceptional drivers. Would highly recommend them.
