I was so scared after seeing these reviews last year but I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Patenaude has been so very kind to me. She has been wonderdul and has helped a lot with my skin condition. Ignore the bad reviews. Be respectful and understand that drs are busy.

Don't go there, \consultant \ was very rude came into the room didn't introduce herself but made me feel very unwelcomed and unappreciated with such an attitude that made me want to run and never come back. There are so many clinics in the city that will always make you feel welcomed and will try to make your time valued not like this place :( :(

Norm Work

When a service issue arose, the staff became nasty, nonfactual as well. I couldn't get my business out of their fast enough. Worst healthcare experience to date after 20 years with a spinal injury dealing in that environment. If you have no issues and like spending money, it may work, if you expect service or professionalism look elsewhere.

If you were referred were by your doctor, ask for a new referral and question your doctor's judgement. Staff was very rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. They also gave me an prescription for some outrageous priced ointment which my pharmacy told me doesn't work for what I need. I was sent here from my doctor for a medical treatment and clearly is place only for lip injections or other unnecessary beauty surgeries. Also note most of the 5 star reviews are from accounts who ONLY reviewed this place, so staff/friends/discount offers.

Seek productions

The doctor was extremely rude and not professional in anyway... she did not want even hear what I had to say but my skin problem... And the first time I went there the receptionist said t to sit in my vehicle and wait for the doctor and the doctor will sit in your vehicle and do the examination in there.... personally I do not think that is professional in any sense in which I just rebooked.... I will definitely not be seeing her at all
