Our dog had her first kennel experience here and it was very positive. She is a rescue that typically takes a long time to warm up to new adults. She had a great response to staff and was her usual happy self at pick up after a long weekend. We are actually extra grateful that she had another opportunity to build her trust around new adults. We will definitely return.
Troy and everyone at Ken-Del are great with our pets and have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to accomodate us. Highly recommended
