caught a MONSTER 20 1/2 half inch small mouth bass on my first day thanks to my favorite guide Jim. also the perch fishing was outstanding, the walleye fishing was UNBELIEVABLE and the pike fishing was AMAZING. my brother landed a nice 36" pike thanks to Jim as well. but we couldn't have landed any of those fish without eagle lake island lodge. the food is so much better than my moms and it tasted like has been prepared and cooked by a 5 star chef. the cabins are very clean, very nice and beautiful. and the scenery just takes your breathe away. just saying pictures don't do justice. if you want to see the real deal. you'll have to book a trip to eagle lake island lodge.

Been up here several times before. This was the first time we've been back since 2011 and we had a blast. The new owners were amazing along with all the other staff. I will say it was a very amazing experience as always and I hope to be back next year

We had a fantastic time at the Island Lodge. Accommodations were impressive- new bar, amazing food, comfy beds, great view from the cabin. The staff were friendly and helpful. They genuinely seemed to care if we were having a good time or not. And the fishing did not disappoint! We landed some massive Small mouth and caught more pike than we could count. Guides were knowledgeable and fun to spend a day with. The lake was beautiful and hardly a boat in sight. Can't wait to go back!
I have been to Eagle Lake Island Lodge 7 times and have never been disappointed! They have an excellent staff! The fishing is incredible! The food is awesome! You are located very close to the best fishing on the Lake! The accommodations are excellent! We catch Musky, Walleye, Smallmouth and Huge Pike when we stay with them. The boats are very well kept and the bait is always included, no hidden cost which I love. Management is on top of it! You have to give them a call you, will never fish anywhere else.
Simply the best. Your own private island with all the amenities and creature comforts. Feels like a fly in without the cost, time and risk. Right on top of the best fishing hot spots. Have been there more than a dozen times and ELIL never disappoints. Best staff by far, they make your stay a personalized / special experience.
I have been fishing eagle lake for 20 years. Since 2015 I have used Eagle Lake Island Lodge. The island setting makes this a unique way to fish this lake. The cabins, lodge and food are just amazing. The owners are continually improving an already outstanding product. I’m already booked for 2019. This May will be my 7th time on the island and can’t wait for the ice to go out.
It was my first time in Canada fishing. Between the island we stayed on, the full staff that tends to your every need and the amazing guides. The group I was with had an amazing time. All 45 of us!
