Brought a Bulova that was completely cracked and a guess watch that was getting condensation inside and they fixed it up perfectly and explained everything front to back on what they were doing to repair them. Reasonably priced and kind to deal with. Will be back if I ever need any watch repairs again. Thanks for the help.

They worked hard to repair my watch that I had broken when I was young no other place would even touch it saying it was too old couldn’t get parts. They worked on it even when they went on holidays to the Philippines the looked for parts finally find some and repaired it after having it broken for 40 years it works now. I would recommend them anytime.

I had to get my ring sized and there was a small chip in the stone. Staff were knowledgeable and had my ring fixed in a hour with the chip fixed. They also cleaned it, all at an amazingly low price! Staff was extremely friendly and offered the best customer service I had ever seen.

My daughter needed her ring sized but it is a ring that my mom gave her and she hasp recently passed away. It was really hard for her to part with it and the thought of several days without was a real problem. Having explained the situation, the ring was sized (no small feat - from a 5 to a 6.6) repaired (we didn't even know the stone was chipped), cleaned, and back on her finger in under an hour. Super reasonable pricing and amazing customer service. This is my new jewelry repair place and I will be telling everyone abut it!
