We would like to make a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jamie for being very professional and knowing the PROPER way to tow a motorcycle! He had all custom straps, bike very well secured, and actually treated it like it was his piece of machinery. As I think of what happened and I locked my keys in the car, it took him 20 seconds to open the car for 107.35. My stupidity or error in doing so cost me a valuable lesson. I think the price is extreme for the service. I specifically said where I was and the driver was sent to the wrong spot. That wasn’t a big deal but still…? They don’t even take debit so that was a pain. I am still overwhelmed at the price.
We highly recommend Willson Towing. We were stranded on the 401 with an hour and a half still to go to visit our Mom through a window at her retirement home. Jamie, our tow truck driver, handled our situation in a very kind, efficient and professional manner. He treated our safety as his main concern. He waited patiently for our cab to arrive, and helped us load our care packages. We could not have found a better tow truck driver. Many thanks. Mike and Terry

The driver came as part of a CAA run when our car died on the 401. Jamie our driver was very patient and accommodating. He was professional and brought us safely to a mechanic. He was also much faster than anticipated (CAA said it could be a 2 hour wait) but our driver wasn't too far thankfully as it was so hot out.
