I bought a heating element for my hot water tank. It came damaged, it had small dents in the threads so it had no chance of fitting. I showed it to the staff and they were able to exchange it for another one that turned out to have the very same damage. I returned that one and I ended up going to London Lowes to get something that worked. 1 year later I had another issue with my hot water tank. So I purchased a heating element from Rona online (Corona curb side pickup) and they gave me one of the exact same damaged elements I tried the year before, wrapped sloppily in packing tape. while attempting to return this item the staff on hand didn't know how to complete a return.
