I'd give 0 stars if I could. My carpet was cleaned by this company when I moved into my new home. Within a week I could smell the dogs that the previous owners had in the carpet again, now my cat pees on the carpet every chance he gets to go to the basement, and I will have to pull up the whole basement carpet and replace. This will cos a pretty penny and because I've always had wall to wall carpet, I can honestly say that this has never happened before. I should have done it myself, at least it would have been sanitized so this wouldn't have happened. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
They have cleaned many different carpets for me. Some of which I thought I would have to replace until they cleaned them. They are pleasant to deal with. I recommend these guys to anyone who asks about carpet cleaning.
