Such a wonderful place to bring your dog or cat! Katie and staff take such amazing care of the dogs and I love brining my dog Raven here! She has so much fun and its a great way to get her socialized. Katie and staff go above and beyond to ensure all the pets in their care are comfortable and happy! When I bring Raven here, I know she is in the best possible care!

Been bringing our dog here for 12 yrs and the staff is great! Owner is very involved in day to day. Best doggy day care in the region!

Fantastic job on our two Siberians! I was concerned, as one had been on a ton of antibiotics for months and hadn't been healthy enough to blow her coat. She was holding onto a ton of dead fur. But when I returned to pick them up, Katie presented me with two new glowing white husky puff balls. Minus at least a metric ton of hair. I think few were all relieved. Nails and ears done perfectly as well. Anyway - they'd obviously been paid close attention to. A tough job well done. I couldn't have been happier and they couldn't wait to get home and walk as they were in the mood for some compliments ;-) ... Will not hesitate to return to Katie for top shelf grooming!

AMAZING!!!! Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. The owner is extremely accommodating and the staff are very helpful and caring. They helped me with some training concerns I had with my puppy and to this day I take him there for daycare, boarding, and grooming. They are definitely #1.

I left my dog here last week for 9 days while we went on a trip. On the morning that I was supposed to pick him up, I received a call that something was wrong with his eye. I immediately picked him up and was shocked to see A DEEP HOLE in his right eye. It was swollen almost shut and covered in pus. I couldn’t believe how bad his eye was and that no one had called us! We rushed him to the animal hospital where we were told that the cut was so deep he needed to see a specialist. He was obviously in a great deal of pain so the hospital had to give him pain killers while we waited. He had emergency surgery today which cost us 4000 and there is no guarantee he won’t lose his right eye. The doctor confirmed that this had happened several days prior and had been getting worse. I am outraged that no one did anything while he was in their care. Photos taken show that his eye was obviously infected days prior and no communication was given to us or his emergency contact. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. Treatment of animals like this is not okay.
