Called in early April to get a boat convertible top for my 15 footer. They said 2-3 weeks. I called again 4 weeks later and was told about a week to bring it in when they called. I am on 24hr call so my phone is by my side at all times and any missed call is converted to text and sent to me in text and email form. I have never received a call back. I ended up buying a bimini top so we had shade on our holidays in June. I am quite disappointed in their service and am having someone else do the top in the fall. Unfortunately they lost not only my business but that of 4 others I have spoken too. I wouldn't recommend them.
