I needed a special order part for a repair on a pump. I was told by the manufacturer to order it through Home Hardware, Lowes, Princess Auto or Home Depot. I called everywhere, even 3 other Home Hardware stores closer to me and they all wouldn't or couldn't. Called Dave at this Home Hardware and he was positive throughout and offered to get it for me. A few days later I was called that the part was in. Thanks GrandErie Home Hardware and Dave.

This is a fairly new and large store with a huge selection for a “small town” store. The garden centre is also large and has a great selection in the spring and summer months. The store is tidy and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are clean and are wheelchair accessible. There’s lots of parking at the building and adequate lighting in the evening hours.
