Poor auction sale pre bid did not mean a thing

I purchased a skid steer from Sally Jane. Her and her staff went above and beyond what they needed to do. Extra pictures were taken to the point they opened up some panels to show its condition. Then they made a video of it in action and sent that over. After the purchase (paid in full) had some shipping issues with a long delay which pushed the delivery date into the cold season. I called and asked if they could toss a battery charger and some winter diesel conditioner in to it to ensure after the travel across Canada it would have a better chance to start once it arrived. They did so with out hesitation!!! Now that's customer service !!!! After the sale and they still continued to give 5 star service.
Tons of things to look at, interesting pieces of machinery. Bad experience in a past purchase, but I hear that's common. Still, buyer beware, have everything in your possession before you pay, and you can get a deal.
They gave me really good service and I found exactly what I was looking for.
