With Cheapie's now closed, this place has been a godsend when I am seeking out used records that are long out of print. Prices are actually pretty fair for used records, I think the most I spent on a used record was 30 for a Frank Zappa album which ultimately was a rather uncommon one to find anyways. This place is absolutely worth going to if you are a big fan of prog rock. Owner has made some solid recommendations upon asking and I will definitely keep coming back. Despite not being a very large store, I find it's actually pretty organized.

Owner is an old grumpy baby. We and all in our music club will ever will return. When you act like customers are interrupting you, maybe it's time to get into another line of business. And get some manners while you're at it, how you spoke to some of the young people who were coming for a big purchase is pathetic.
The guy who owns the place is not just grumpy but honestly kind of mean. Didn’t even have the chance to open my mouth before he starts talking down to you like you’re a petulant 5 year old. There’s plenty of places to shop for records in Hamilton where the owner won’t make you feel guilty for having the gall to be present in their shop. Attitude plays a pretty big role in a social-interaction oriented business. Big thanks for making me feel terrible and somehow guilty on my afternoon Christmas shopping outing.
ROW is one of the finest record stores in the greater Hamilton area. Mike has a phenomenal selection of used and new vinyl records, CDs and accessories. His used vinyl is priced fairly and in exceptional condition. I have been a customer for over 30 years and will remain so for years to come...
Seeing some negative reviews here so i had to comment! This is the best record store going. Hands down. Beat quality and a great price. And owner is friendly as can be, so all you haters don't even bother
