This company was recommend by the lending broker we postponed the initial appointment but the guy showed up anyways I reminded him that we've changed the day then he came back an hour late the day of appraisal and went on and did the appraisal anyway without knowing much more about the house. They valued my house less than my neighbor's which is clearly worth a lot less than mone. I know this because my neighbor's was valued more than 20,000 than my house by a different company he couldn't believe it.

The appraiser arrived promptly and delivered the report to the lender within hours and we got what we thought was a fair valuation. I would recommend them as a trusted and reliable appraiser.
The appraiser was on time and professional so I trusted all would be well. Now however, he refuses to acknowledge my request for the report I paid him for. He apparently forwarded it to the lender (I paid for it, not them) but they also don't return my calls. I was given a number (a low one) but I have no way of knowing how he arrived at this number without receiving the appraisal.
Excellent customer service, quick responses and very pleasant experience!
Appraised way lower then what I purchased for. No real property knowledge
