I was experiencing issues with my sub pump and started calling several businesses for servicing. Doug was the first to respond and even arrived at my home within an hour of contacting him! He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable with addressing all of my questions and concerns. He completed repairs in a timely manner. Highly recommend Affordable Basement Waterproofing!

I suspected there was water issues in my basement and after opening up walls my suspicions were confirmed. Of course I had already done renovations outside with a new driveway and redid my lawn. So I opted for interior waterproofing knowing that one day of the basement remodelling ever leaked it was going to be a pain to rip it out and or have to deal with water again. So I hired Doug and his team to make sure I would not have water in my basement. I didn’t realize how damp the basement actually was either until the sump was showing water as soon as it was put in. So now. Doug and his team were professional, on time and took time to explain up front what to expect and what they would also require. They were clean (well as clean as it can be right?) and fast. They also helped to add carbon fibre in areas where it was needed. I would and will be hiring Doug and his team again in the future for other work if and when required. I highly recommend if you need someone to stop water from coming in or messing with your basement call Doug and his crew in.
Doug and his team did our basement installation and waterproofing well over a year ago. We wanted to make sure to post a review and were always too busy, but never forgot! They were very professional and got the job done in good time, and we found it was good value for our money. Would recommend.
What a team Doug has collaborated! Best prices around and the guys were extremely polite and respectful. They answered my string of questions and then my husband's and then my kids (who just wanted to be involved). The guys did a great job and we are so happy with our new space. Highly recommend!
