The internet is full of options and yet I found the one service provider that is so much more than they advertise. I found a company that values people, they care and it showed. From the moment I called to inquire, the staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and helpful. When they showed up to my home, the quality customer care continued. I know nothing about plumbing; a prime opportunity to be taken advantage of and over charged, but that didn’t happen. The person did an incredible job. He was kind, efficient, and did stellar work. He was a person of integrity. When I commented about how impressed I was, he told me he works on a team that provides nothing less. I know it is easy to read one or two negative reviews but truth be told, that is how the internet works. If you want a company that is local, that takes care of their customers in the same caring way they care for their team while getting the job done than look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

Thanks to Veridis Plumbing & Heating, we have rerouted our propane line from an old indoor fireplace to an outside port, for use with our BBQ and portable outdoor gas fireplace. The service was very professional, timely and communication throughout was excellent. I highly recommend this company to all!

Veridis technicians and staff assisted us with renovation of two bathrooms. They helped with planning, design and execution. Very professional and competent in all aspects of the work. We are thrilled with the results. Corry, Carlee, Mike and Richard were excellent to work with - very good at what they do. We will use them again for any new work or repairs in the future. I am quite disappointed and upset about the terrible service or, rather, non-service from this company. First, they charge 160 before the technician even arrives. The technician came to our house, did an extremely quick and basic assessment of our gas fireplace and only told me things that I already know. He said that we needed a safety limit switch; however, did not do a full assessment of the unit. He did not even stay the full hour and said that it is not worth his time to go any further. He then texted me the wrong model number and told me to call the local fireplace distributor to see if they have a replacement part that we may or may not need. I had to go and check the information myself because the person helping me said that model number didn't exist. Long story short, I am doing all of the work myself and paid them 160 for nothing! I do not recommend this company at all. I feel totally ripped off.
