Very long wait to get inside to do paperwork. They knew it was going to be busy so they should have had extra help. The person there was excellent. Sign on door says maximum two people at a time. There were four customers in that tiny spot. This rule should be enforced by asking extra people to wait outside.

Catherine gave us great service and made a stressful moving day a little easier to handle. The Uhaul website is very easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable, ill be back for sure!
Called in the morning and they told me to call back in 20 minutes, it took me 2 hours to get through to them again on the phone. I requested a cube truck and they said there was one available and agreed I could pick it up at 1pm, without taking any of my information for reserving it. When we arrived at 1pm there was a sign that said “back in 15”, waited 40 minutes and no one showed up, so we left.
I live very near this place and know the operators and employees. I must admit that they are very conscientious and good people.
