Sadly, this branch is still living in the dark ages. Male manager was extremely rude and brought my girlfriend to tears. Didn’t listen, was deliberately sexist and mean in front of other customers. She was following all our safety protocols and had checked in online and was next time come in. While waiting in line, she was shushed with a hand to the face when asking if she should come in next. Multiple men behind her were then invited into the bank ahead of her. I could go on about the exact behavior more, but the real issue is all people should be treated with dignity and kindness regardless of what the situation. More so now than ever. It's easy to take a second and listen to someone, respond appropriately and be respectful. When trying to deal with and address the issue in person, she was led to the same manager and told to fill in a complaint card and th Personally I'd take you business somewhere where people truly care.

Opened the bank account and had to replace it 3 times within a few months as I had fraudulent activity showing up on all 3. TD opened a case over the phone but was never given a claim # nor a way to contact them. I received an email a few days later saying the claim was open and I would receive an update within 10 business day. The email contained no contact or claim # either. I patiently waited the 10 days but no email or call. I went to the bank to be referred to the same toll free general#. I waited 20 days business days but still no contact from TD. After multiple calls to the general # I was finally told there was a phone number to claims and that if I was willing to wait on hold they could help me. I was transferred and the only option was to leave a voicemail and TD would return my call at TDs first opportunity. Not when I have free time to discuss it but THEIR FREE TIME. I ended up asking for an manager who said he could escalate my claim to the front of the line but he didn't know how long that would take.... As soon as I get my money or a reason about why I can't .. I'm closing my account. Never have I ever seen such disregard for a customer from a business.
TD is awesome , because they have 2 indoor atms and 1 outdoor drive-up atm also . It makes all my banking quick and easy ..
Definitely the worst bank to deal with. The manager is more than willing to through his staff under the bus. This used to be a great bank, now, it is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. If I had the choice, there would have been zero starts in this rating.
Your money is not safe with them!!!! There new way of applying for accounts online is a SERIOUS SECURITY RISK !!!!! Could you imagine a institution that allows people to sign up for fake bank account and Visa in your name without ever going into the branch !!!! This bank is a Joke and needs to seriously re-evaluate there protocols
